The reward outweighs the pay here. The pay is decent but the reward of helping someone accomplish a milestone in life is well worth the hustle. Workplace culture is what you make of it . The hardest part of the job is maintaining a steady schedule of applicants. The easy part is guiding a prospect through the process. So much more to private education than people think

I enjoyed working here. Good pay and lots of room for growth and lateral moves to different areas in the company. Had good managers and enjoyed working without being micro managed.

If you are looking to make money, this is not the place to work. I consider this to be a stepping stone. ACs max out at like 59k after 5+ years. The turnover is insane. Everyone from my training class has moved on except for maybe 2-3. I personally think working for them was a waste of my time.

To do a quality job as an Instructor, you have to do a lot of 'extra' work without any additional compensation, and the pay is low, to begin with. I enjoyed teaching at the higher education level, but some students weren't prepared for the content and had difficulty with their assignments.

It has been so long ago (2008), but I remember that questions were professional, detailed and the entire interview was long. I recall I was asked about my experience in the field, my management and leadership skills and time management.

Shared on October 18, 2019

Very limited. Worked my way up from lower classes to doctoral program
