I was let go after I didn't meet the expectation of my supervisor. Wasted six months of working hard only to be let go at the end of the probationary period. Management wants you to come in knowing everything, They don't want to take the time and train you properly. Job was stressful and a waste of my valued time. I hate I left a good job for more pay to go there and be humiliated.

The answer to this question is very dependent on where you actually work. Medical Center/Strong is hard-core and stressful from what I've heard. River Campus is much more laid back and can be quite enjoyable. It entirely depends on your department and the people you work with. My department is beyond fantastic and I love the folks I work with.

Devalued and know that once you get older they will fire you. So no security. They want young new people they can hire cheap
