LEAVE...........and take the CFO with you. Then maybe this place can be rebuilt to what it once was, a quality employer that gives back to the community, cares about its employees and providers quality health care to all the population it serves, not just the commercial payers the pay more for care.

Ask those on the front-lines how to run things more smoothly (and actually listen). Paying high salaries for incompetence is a waste of resources.
