Honestly, I hate going to work at USF Health. I have worked here for 15 yrs and ever since the new CEO and CFO started the place in falling apart. Both are clueless tyrants that lead by fear and a forcing good people who are dedicated and professional, people that are more than qualified to leave the organization. Or the CEO just terminates the team members he doesn't care for, mostly women over the age of 50. I'm looking to leave an organization that I onced loved and now loath.
