UT Arlington is such a diverse place. There are people from all over the world there that help everyone learn. The RD of Lipscomb Hall is very good at addressing our diverse community. The hardest part of the RA Job is being on call during a busy school week. It is most enjoyable when residents and RAs are not as busy and hang out in the community common - more ... areas. - less
