UT should take the Ethical responsibility to make sure ALL its employees: Temp staffing, maintenance and grounds keeping, landscaping, custodial, cooking and kitchen, all menial labor AND faculty pay a living wage for the area it employs. Anything else is innumeracy befitting the communities contributions to its infrastructure and continued existence.

So, as in-charge one has to do whatever that is possible to make/ensue an appropriate environment for those who impart knowledge, to perform their duty to the best of their ability,in order to to achieve the objective of " make this a better place to study" .
