You get 5 sick "days" per rolling year. If you call into multiple shifts in a row is counts as 1 sick day. If you call in for 3+ days in a row they require a doctors note.

At the senior level, and after 5 years of employment, you get 4 hours per pay period. Not bad.

We use a PTO policy. You can collect unlimited amounts of PTO and use at your pleasure.
