Hostile environment. very little team work. understaffed severly. got tired of the stress everyday!
After contract term expired.
At the time had no opportunity to move in to a position with in the department where I would become a systems analyst program. My coworker made the transition from being computer support technician in 1 year. I remained in that roll for 4 year without being given the opportunity even though I asked often for the opportunity.
Hostile environment, horrible departmental politics, and very low support for role in organization.
Very hostile environment. Politics, terrible ethics and moral, with low-pay and dodging huge homeless population.
Hostile work group that focuses on drama/politics within the department rather than expeditiously providing care to Seattle's homeless population. Difficult to receive access to the tools necessary to function adequately in order to perform your daily job duties ie access to computer databases, immunizations prescribed for patients or testing devices to check patient glucose readings to name just a few. There were no methods and procedures binders or resources to refer to if questions arose; needed to wait until lead MA or an RN was available loosing valuable time and upsetting patient flow.
Hostile work environment and low overall morale.
