After Act 10, management took advantage and made working there miserable. I got written up for calling in sick after a vacation week even though I had a doctor's note verifying I Really was sick! They don't value your contributions and there's a lot of favoritism.

I was terminated for attending my physical therapy appointments required after my surgery. When I was hired, I informed them of my surgery in January. I returned back to work 4 weeks earlier than my surgeon recommended. I had approval from my supervisor to adjust my start time from 8:00am to 8:30am. However the deans office was not happy with my adjustment even with prior notification and approval. I felt I was discriminated due to my surgery and recovery.
