Although the stipend is on the lower end (a little over $12,000), the CoA in Wyoming is low enough to still make it work. Supportive learning environment!

Stability
High job security and stability for the most part. Excellent benefits. If you're in management or administer capacity, expect HR department to be backwards and frustrating in terms of covering your back when it comes to employee relations. Lots of dated software that slow down your work productivity, but I've seen worse elsewhere in similar organizations.
