Not much promised given

I was promised only working 8-5, which easily became working until almost 7 some days. When this was brought up by myself, my schedule was changed to come in later to leave later. When I stated this was not fair I was told I need to have a good work life balance. We NEVER take our allotted 10 minute breaks, and when we are seen taking them we get asked why. No direction, no contact with management, no reviews, can’t get ahold of HR

Management does not respond to emails. Hire people in same position $20-30k above your salary and you have to quit and get rehired to match their pay. No annual raises. No yearly reviews. Never even met my “manager”. Nobody responds to emails, phone calls, etc. Do not follow employment contract. Tried to rip off PTO. Did not even show up to my off-boarding meeting after I drove 45 minutes.

I would never go to work there. Administration is a joke. They don't care about patient care, it's all about $$$. Don't go to work there. They treat you like garbage and don't pay well at all.
