2.8Work/Life Balance
2.2Job Security/Advancement
No work life balance, faculty is ran by employees
Written by Operations Manager (Former Employee) from AZ on August 17, 2017
Former operations manager company has no support system in place for management, you fire someone for attendance or company property distruction and HR or Director will beg employees back and then demand you. Customer on site will have the final say if you will keep your job.
Management will tell you reduce personnel then your KPI reflects the reduction - more ... 24 hrs later you are required to hire and fill the positions
No stability, no worklife balance 5 agencies on board to fill Needs pay is ridiculous hard labor for pennies.
Pit stop for those who need quick cash
Lots of micro managing have ... - less
ProsQuick money
ConsHard labor no equipment on piece rate with many meeting interruptions expected to work 7 days
