There is a lot to do but just communicate with your manager and you guys can figure something out. The culture of Uplift is one of understanding.

You'll work 40-50 depending on how fast you get stuff done. Depending on the program, you'll almost always get to create your own schedule. So, for example, you could do 3 hours of paperwork on Fridays and work a little later on Wednesday/Thursday. I do this and I basically wake up Friday morning, drink coffee and write notes on my work laptop from home. Then I start my weekend.
