Become more people friendly and treat my employees like I would want each of them too treat me not sometime but all the time. Pay days would be on time not a minute late knowing that people has things too do with their pay check, so if you worked for it I will make sure he/she gets it on time. Last but not least no favorites everyone will get treated fairly(meaning just the same).
