The training program consists of three days of paid classroom instruction, which will cover the basics of the job, including how to operate the cargo van safely.After the classroom training, you will have the opportunity to practice driving the cargo van with a driver trainer. This will give you the chance to get comfortable behind the wheel and learn the ropes of the job from an experienced driver.Once you have completed the driving portion of the training, you will begin delivering smaller routes. These routes will gradually increase in size over a period of 14 days, giving you the chance to build up your skills and confidence as a driver. By the end of the training period, you should be ready to take on larger delivery routes and perform your job with confidence.
