Work & Life Balance

Automotive Technician in 1701 N High Street
on April 6, 2020
Work Environment
The supervisors and managers hold themselves to a higher standard than most all shops. Character and Integrity are key at this place of employment as the clients appreciate a repair or diagnosis done right the first time. If your attention to detail is superior this is the right shop for you. Vehicles come and go in the industry but more important to the company (and clients) is the technician who will go the extra mile! This is who we are!

Being new to the area, I have a few work experiences that were sub par. Urban auto has brought a new world to me with taking care and interest in my personal life, and making myself a top priority. Most companies especially in this industry strive strictly on production. This company strives on not only that, but having a true culture that most other auto repair shops lack.
Automotive Technician in Littleton, CO

I worked at this particular location (Littleton) prior to Urban Autocare taking over. They have gone above and beyond what the previous owners could do with pay, benefits, equipment, work environment etc. They have improved and modernized the shop extensively in almost every way in a very short amount of time, which this shop has needed for quite some time. I really enjoy working here and who I work for and all of my coworkers. It is a great environment with plenty of room to progress my career as an automotive technician. They help every step of the way for certifications and also supply us with tons of training classes and seminars.

What started as two guys in a basement has grown to 4 shops in the Denver metro with more to come. They look for shops with a good rating in the community, come in and make them better. Lots of training and tools to help you grow and move up within the company. Never a "hostile takeover" feel. Although it can be a little unnerving when you find out your shop had been bought out. Biran and Phil make you feel like family, they have holiday parties and group events to give back to the employees, they are never to busy to listen to your issues or concerns even if they are not work-related. I look forward to work and what the future has in store.
