I would like to say to the CEO that she needs to let her Directors and Supervisors know that they are employees just like those that work under them. They should work hard to accept those who may seem intimidating to them and accept the one that are to motivating and initiative instead of getting rid of them. Her Directors an Supervisor should be able to utilize that person strength and place them where they would do the most good. This is a personal statement and only applies to certain Directors and Supervisors and they know who they are.

Companies need intiative and motivated employees to survive and meet the challange of day to day competition and changes.

If an employee has a problem with that then working there is not were they belong. What you put into a business or job is what you get out.
