Non profit workplace with great intentions for the community but a Board of Directors that was weigh down with local and board room politics . The CEO had a great team and Vision , however was terminated before many of the well intended community and training programs could truly be started or implemented.
The hardest part is making sure that management understood your desire to obtain a college degree.This is a training site, not a job, not very helpful, the atmosphere there not the type I want to work under.

Daily rotation of 30 clients a day Consistently answering phones and checking voicemails attendance of meetings and workshops for clients attending the back to work programs and re-entry program job placement for each client to succeed as well as providing other resources. Maintaining a healthy environment where clients are comfortable and being genuine throughout the process of succeeding.
The best part of this employment was finding those who have re-entered back into society regain structure of their life and who they are.
