Client Relations Manager
Written by Client Relations Manager (Former Employee) from Houston, TX on April 25, 2018
When I graduated college I started working at Urban Living. I began there as an office coordinator and worked my way up to fourth in charge under the Owner, VP, and Head of Sales. I handled contracts, negotiations, hiring, training, management and letting go of agents. Tuesday and Wednesdays I ran the whole company and all offers. We had a goal of 20 - more ... million a month so it was imperative that we took care of every client. We did just as much business as other real estate companies who have 300 agents and we only had about 10-15 at a time. In order to compete with them, we worked extremely hard ... - less
ProsExperience, coworkers, fast paced, never a dull moment
ConsOn call constantly, getting calls in the middle of the night, having to check my email every 10 minutes, constant harrasment
