There are four ranks at Urban -- Sales Associate, Team Leader, Department Manager & Store Manager
Unless you're Department or Store Managing, you're not going to make enough money to live, therefore I am leaving due to the small compensation, it's just a waste of your time to work for such low wages. There aren't enough opportunities to work up into the high-paying positions unless you're willing to work for $8 an hour for at least a few years beforehand.

Lack of advancement, no raises, minimum wage, cutting of hours, unreasonable holiday hours, unprofessional management, they don't take any complaints seriously, and you can literally have your friends come in and steal and if they find out you're an employee in on it, you won't be fired. They are so backwards with policy.
