I worked with Urban for 4 years. I was a really hard worker and it seemed like everyone else recognized my work ethic except for management. I never got promoted, even after being very vocal about wanting to move up. I got tired of working so hard and getting nowhere.
Unfairness,favoritism, and unrealistic working environments
It got super boring and pay wasn't worth it. Unless you're a manager or sales lead, it's not really worth all the hours spent because time goes by super slow. All you do as a sales associate is either watch the area you are set in during your shift (men's, fitting rooms, women's, etc.) and constantly re-fold clothes, fix the racks, and ask customers if they need help. From time to time you'll be lucky to have a shift where you can actually do something like processing new shipment.
I moved to miami

Everything was based on who they more. I would only get 9 hours a week. I would have to drive 45 mins for a 4 hour shift. It wasn't logical to work here anymore
The drive was too far because i had to move

Micromanagement. Unfair favoritism. Unwillingness to do things differently. Unreachable supervisors. Company policies & procedures not available. No chance to increase pay rate.
