Great Place to Work
Days at go by quickly, and no day is ever the same. Between normal clinic, procedures, and various other assignments, you will never be bored. The doctors, and management are very supportive of their staff, and do their best to accommodate staff requests. Even if we get behind in clinic, there is always someone who will jump in to help. I enjoy working for UCI!

UCI is a fantastic place to work! Fast-paced, fast-growing, ever-changing, and devoted to its mission and values. The employer cares for their staff and wants them to grow and develop. Patients matter. Great work-life balance.

Fun place to work
This is one of the best places I've ever worked. The doctors are great and management is very supportive. The pay is much better than I made at my previous employer. It's very busy but I work with great people who help me get through the day. The doctors also do nice things for all of the employee. I wish there was more opportunity for advancement but it is overall a very good place.

Toxic
I have never been treated so poorly at a job before. Management only care about themselves, there is zero room for growth, and there is so much favoritism and toxicity. 10/10 would NOT recommend.

Great Leadership -Great place to work
I was given a promotion right away because my manager recognized me as a hard worker. I feel like leadership goes out of their way for me and all of the staff. I feel very supported in what i do and that makes for good patient care. Also, pay is really good. Making 4 dollars an hour more than at the hospital.
