You will work hard, but it’s rewarding. They honestly try their hardest to keep morale up, but there is a lot of negativity. As long as you do your job and keep a positive attitude, you’ll get promoted quickly. They also reward people who out perform others with big pay raises.

When I worked at the San Antonio location, I was an inside claims adjuster and management just micro-managed each employee. Especially when it came to the phones, they even micro-managed how long you were gone to the bathroom. It got to the point that you felt bad for leaving your desk to go to the bathroom because your manager would get after you for being gone 8 minutes. I found it very stressful and no one in the department was happy.
