Reviews about Pay & Benefits for Auditor in USAA
Executives and Management resigning on average of 2 per week!
Auditor (Former Employee) - Does not even matter - June 1, 2021
USAA has grown over the last few years, however the company culture has not grown along with it. New Management has come in to replace the Executives and middle management that are leaving by the boat loads; on average of 2 per week. Of course this is not told during the interview, however you will see the chaos the first week that you are employed. New management are not supportive and does not think twice about throwing you under the bus just to save their *bleep* and deflect their shortcomings. I stayed ONLY 2 months before quickly finding another job and submitting a 1 week notice. THINK TWICE ABOUT JOINING THIS COMPANY
Pros
Salary
Cons
Where do I start, the salary was not enough to go through this nightmarish (if even a word) company and culture

Mortgage Auditor (Former Employee) - San Antonio, TX - October 8, 2020
USAA is all about the members, they come first, so sometimes they might not be so nice and you have to deal and reprimanded if you dont. The other side of that is that they train you to see that everything you do is for the members so you try a lot harder than msybe at other jobs. They take care of their employees though, lots of flexibility and some amazing managers. I met so many lovely people there. For the area the psy was competitive. Unfortunately some terrible managers who are just power hungry, but thats everywhere. Id work there again.
Pros
care about you. Good benefits. Good work-life balance, great culture
Cons
Some bad management, but thats every place
