Left the company due to history of things promised to me not being delivered. Currently in between jobs looking or a company to work for who values me.

It was hot. Managers watching you to see if you were working. They gave out water to keep people from passing out. Very easy job if you can stand the heat.
Customer Care Specialist in Redmond, WA

The customers are horrible. They don't properly stock their employees so the work load is ridiculous. There was only a couple co-workers that were amazing to work with. There is one supervisor who no one liked working under. He was power hungry.

I was expected to work and travel over 50 hours a week and really enjoyed the job but I was contently pushing management to change the procedures to help grow the business of my department but they were reluctant to make changes.
