Ask yourself why the first person said "some positions", this is vague and unhelpful. When they refuse to answer this question before an interview it means they pay 100% commission, at least to the position they are interviewing for.

Under 200 bucks for everything but you only have 30 days to complete. Its a lot of material to cover. If it takes you longer you have to pay another 90 bucks for the course.

The commission varies depending on the product that is sold. The leads are not free you are required to pay a monthly fee to receive leads and then if you want leads that are worth something you are required to pay more.

My interview was just a conversation. He said you could make more money working for yourself from home than you are now at your job. Work hard for yourself. No real interview. He "sold" me the position.
