Interview was great. But you have to take the Caliper test. If you don't do well with that you will not get the job.

Answered

Highly stressful. Unorganized and rules change daily. Un-reactive management. If you’re over 30, you’re pretty much a goner. No room for experienced workers. They don’t want to pay for talent. Definitely no work life balance here. Robots only. People are nice in general. Poor management.

Answered

It can be stressful because soon as you get one thing done two more comes in. Month end is very stressful because EVERYTHING MOST GET DONE BEFORE YOU ARE ALLOWED TO LEAVE FOR THAT DAY. And most times what is holding you up is that someone else didn't do there part or never responded to your email. The work never ends which I see as job security. Most day are smooth it's just when things aren't they aren't
