Prepare for the basic questions like, "What are your long-term goals?", "Tell me about yourself and employment history". More so, have questions to ask the interviewer to show your interest and curiosity. Don't get your hopes too high. I thought I aced the interview and here we are a week later and still no call or email to answer if I got the job or not. This is more of a respect concept issue shown by the HR guy Eric at the Orange Park Florida location. It was a Fabricator position that stated THEY WILL TRAIN so I guess it's expected for a lower end position but regardless, yes or no is better than not hearing anything back. Wouldn't want to work for someone like that regardless.
