The lead technicians will take all of the Easy assignments and leave all of the harder work for younger less experienced technicians So then they may keep their the production numbers high while the newest members have to work much much harder and management's turns a blind eye to it

Average day you spend time driving and a lot of time out locating in people’s backyards or doing long bore jobs. It’s okay but expect 8-12 hour days sometimes less when there’s no work in the winter season.

Everything’s pretty alright other than pay. Locators are underpaid for what they do and I realize that now working for them. Benefits are good, coworkers are good, and hours could be better.

No work life balance, lots of hours good pay but no time to complete tasks. Had a close relative pass and they couldn’t even accommodate that and allow me to complete training at another time.

Great place to make money at if you want overtime you can work every weekend if you get tickets done. Which is good that every ticket is different and your day to day switches up with driving around great pay and raises
