Contract Driver in Alabama
on June 15, 2021
I hate being forced to do routes that pay less than my contract mileage rate. If you agree to do a Auto parts route, it pays less then agreed rate. The route pay rate actually dropped while doing my route. Too much work for route pay rate. Especially if you are using your personal vehicle. Will always have a terrible turn over rate.
Independent Courier Driver in Seattle

Company will charge you up to 10 percent in fees. Minus your gas of about $30 a day. Minus $15 a day in fees. Then oil changes tires maintenance. Devaluation of your vehicle. Maybe making half what they pay you.... Current Operations manager is absolutely Dishonest. She the most unethical dishonest person I have ever met. She literally calls drivers in the middle of their routes and talks bad about all them. Then calls another driver. Does the same thing. She fires good drivers all the time. Worked for them for 4 years. I have never seen 1 driver leave on good terms with the current area manager. ..
Auto Parts Delivery Driver in Garden City, GA

I have worked both morning shift and pm/pdq shift. I love the overnights better! Pay is better, more freedom and drop & go.. love my job! My manager is there if you ever need him. Plus we have a lead driver and us as a team, help each other out as well..

If dispatch likes you then you'll get better jobs and often, operation manager was useless no a good place to work if your a hard worker and look for a fair opportunity and a good work environment also very high turnover
Contractor in Birmingham, AL

Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time. Money isn't worth it or what they say it will be. Extremely poor management. I could go on and on but if your an experienced contractor this isn't for you. If your just starting out this definitely isn't for you as they will take advantage of you not knowing the industry. Hope this helps good luck.
