If you were in charge, what would you do to make USPack Logistics a better place to work?
Stop trying to enforce employee rules upon contract drivers. Pay drivers fairly.
Be completely honest about expectations and allow your drivers to pick their times to work instead of expecting to put them on a schedule as if they’re an employee
The pace is pretty controlled in the Knoxville Market, I can see how other cities could be taxing on the drivers, but I've had nothing but a great time here. The benefits are non-existent and you're going to be wearing out your own vehicle would be my only cons. The pay is good as a relief driver, given you prove yourself to be dependable and can follow the most basic of rules.
You will pay for shirts and items you will never recieve. Phone apps that do not work properly. Deductions taken out of every paycheck.
