Nice pay does not offset the disadvantages

Used to be a great place to work but attrition has caused dynamic, dedicated, knowledgeable team members to be replaced with low-skilled workers unfamiliar with the industry and unprepared with the necessary skills to serve the customer.
Upper management doesn’t understand the business we are in, and middle management struggles to put out the day-to-day fires with no real leadership or workforce inspiration.
Corporate structure is reorganized every 12-18 months with little focus on positive impacts for customers or employees.
Costly benefits, little coverage. Management disconnected from the customer experience. Dire employee morale, teamwork, and cameraderie.
