Indeed’s survey asked over 64 current and former employees whether UTHealth Houston helped position them for promotion or career advancement. Of the respondents, 38% said that they strongly agreed or agreed that this happened. Does UTHealth Houston prefer to promote from within rather than hire from outside? 63 current and former employees responded, and 38% said that they agreed or strongly agreed that promoting from within is the preference.

Indeed’s Work Happiness survey asked over 151 current and former employees whether their manager at UTHealth Houston helped them succeed. 37% of the respondents said that they strongly agreed that their manager helped them succeed, and 18% said that they agreed.
