Have your Regional Managers stress to their Local Management and Field Supervisors that employee morale can mean the difference between a 2 day employee and a 20 year employee. A Thank You or Good Job wouldn't hurt now and then. I made it about a month before I became so frustrated with how their entire process was running, and staff was treating me that I had to go. Another poster is correct when it comes to safety also. They will teach and stress all the safety rules and dangers you are used to in general construction ( i.e. Hard Hat, Blower for Manhole, Safety Boots...) But not even the supervisors practice these rules. I'm now making $6.00 more an hour with no drive cam, no stress from field techs, and being able to work with morale and pride for my new company.

My advice would be a way to get all Regional Supervisors?, State Supervisors? together from Coast to Coast and try to communicate a common plan. A percentage rate hovering around 50% shows that something is obviously not working.

They do however the Trainer isn’t as always as knowledgeable as they claim. The information is jammed into your brain and your expected to pass a gas test. While some can I personally believe the knowledge is thrown at you scrambled up and then your left second guessing yourself when it comes to what you do or do not know.

Very demanding. It’s fine as long as you work well under stress

Usual stuff but you won't stay long enough to reap benefits. Which is why probably they offer so much.

Utiliquest lost the contract with facility owner Windstream which caused my position to be absorbed because of where I live.
