Working hard doesn't always pay off or shown of appreciation.
Field Technician (Former Employee) –  Glen Allen, VAMarch 8, 2019
Clock in at your first task. Mark out utilities in the entire scope of excavation. Management was fair, but not excellent. Culture is you work outdoors, and you get help when its available(and not very often.) Hardest part for me was learning certain style of prints. Most enjoyable part of the job is making it home.
Pros
Decent benefits, take home vehicle, maintenance and gas is paid, company cell phone.
Cons
Not much help on big project jobs.

Wonderful training in the classroom and in the field. Every tech that has been there was excellent with helping or giving new techs advice. Overall wonderful company.
