There is nothing good and nothing bad I can say about this company. The training you receive is kind of mediocre and I do wish they would emphasize on having certain skills before applying. For example: construction experience, knowledge of wiring and electronic utilities and equipment, etc. For someone with no experience with this stuff I was very lost from the start and it did not help my career at all.
As for some pros, my supervisor and lead tech were very very helpful and supportive. Never felt like I could not count on them for anything. It's easy to move up as long as you don't f*ck up all the time. You get to make your own schedule in a way.
If you're looking for something temporary or have some kind of experience with things I mentioned above then this is an OK place to apply for and work.
Normal hours while starting off, helpful supervisors(at least in my office)
Mediocre training, some questionable working conditions.
