Look at your turnover and then I think it’s pretty obvious what the problem is in your offices. Outdated systems and sky high prices equals thousands of disgruntled customers. Turnover in customer service is tremendous due to lack of training of new hires, zero incentives for superlative performance, micromanaging, a Director on a power trip and and unfair practices create a climate that is incapable of providing the level of service required.

Embarrassed. I discourage anyone I know from applying at Utilities Inc. The management operates like a Skull and Bones organization. Promotions and policies are done in secret and upgrades are given to friends as favors.
