Management is bad
Accounts Payable Specialist (Former Employee) –  Kansas City, MONovember 9, 2017
Work was easy but the management team didn't know how to manage the employees who did nothing. They would allow others to not do anything and then pile on work to the people who were finishing everything quickly.

Good pay is the only thing they have going for them.
Assembler (Former Employee) –  Forest, VAOctober 24, 2017
They pay great and have pretty good benefits and you get those benefits quick. The management is a joke and they don't treat you fair. Everyone you work with will cut your throat just to make themselves look better. The 2nd shift hours suck if you have family at home and if you wanna work overtime. Nothing you talk about with the supervisor or night lead guy is confidential. The best way to explain it was worse drama than high school.
Pros
Good pay
Cons
Hours, management, teating employees fairly, high school drama

Yard Coordinator/ parts runner (Current Employee) –  Cabot, ARAugust 14, 2017
Utility One Source is a very family oriented place of business.
They put customers and employees first.
Raises are not that great and come far in between.

Great Growing Company
Recruiting Coordinator (Current Employee) –  Kansas City, MOJuly 17, 2017
Utility One Source was comprised initially of 4 family owned and operated companies that were seeking a way to continue on and grow their companies... a year and a half later they are currently at 7 total acquisitions and still growing YET maintaining that family owned and operated feel. There are a ton of growth and training opportunities and I love working here!
