Inventory Issues. When we run out of stock it places stress on practically everyone. Expected releases or inbound deliveries rarely match timelines & are often delayed.

For B2B sales, the market we sell to is full of less than honest & reliable people; which can be very frustrating at times. Learning all our products is not easy if you're not interested. Our clients expect you to know EVERYTHING about the products, and market they/you are in.

Sometimes it can take a while for merit to be recognized & necessary changes to be implemented; but it does happen for those who are patient and persistent.

Those with poor attitudes / performances often aren't let go soon enough imo. I'm a firm believer in 30 day evals within the 90 day probationary period for new hires; along with policies of anti nepotism for long term staff. I've seen major improvement on both of these fronts in the last 3 years, but still room for more.

Often it seems we rush to replace bad staff before further rewarding/ properly compensating those who've shown consistent improvement & reliability, especially in tough times when seasoned vets are picking up the slack left by newly vacant positions or cut backs.
