I worked at V2 for 1 year. At first I thought it was great: awesome office, excellent colleagues, great opportunity to learn. Then, the mass exodus of employees started: 1 to 3 people a month left (some voluntary, some fired). Management started micro-managing to a ridiculous level that was not productive in any way. Systems were carelessly put in place and abandoned as quickly. Employees never knew where they stood: people were always getting fired or threatened to be fired. The message that was given for why people were abruptly fired was "that there was additional executive data," but no one had any clue what the issue or problem was- leaving everyone to just make up stories for themselves why people were getting fired based on what they saw...all this resulted in a painfully unprofessional and negative environment. The best part about the job was the opportunity to learn. However, that's also the worst part of the job because the mass exodus of employees has left the company without anyone to learn from.
