It is just another small carrier trying to make a go at it. It lacks any real resources, and like most other new companies, it is trying to establish itself using owner/operators since it cannot afford to own its own fleet of trucks and company drivers.

Nothing wrong with that, but bigger and stronger companies take the lion share of the market and make it very hard for companies like V3 to compete and survive in this cut-throat business.

The economy right now is red hot, and there are many loads available. But with the next market crash and recession, companies like V3 will be the first to go belly up.

Very poor management!!! They say no forces dispatch but that is nothing but lie. If you don't take load you will be sitting for days. Dispatchers are rude! They try to belittle you. Driver are not allowed any where in the building but in driver lounge. Do yourself a favor and look else where.
