Keep as far away from upper management as possible. GM, Area GM and Region GM are all listen but no action. Follow through is pour at best.
Make managers accountable for their actions and hours
Fire the management at the Gulf Coast office
There would need to be a complete overhaul
Be unbiased and appreciate good job performance.
Get rid of middle management.
I would take feedback on problem from customers and employees do my best to improve all complaints and conditions
Be kind respect each race and work with each team member the same way !
I would provide the transportation..A small car. Its alot of driving for your personal vehicle.I think they should provide a company car for seniir housekeepers , like me who go wwll and beyond..I love my job and what I do..
