Reserving time shares for people to go on vacation
Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) – Salt Lake City, UT – August 27, 2015
I used a computer to make reservations for people to go on vacation. There were several resorts for people to choose from, so I had to know about accommodations for several locations. I learned how to send the reservations to the resorts by fax. I also learned how to use a multi-line phone system. I met with customers in the office to make them reservations and show them pictures of the resorts. The hardest part of the job was working in an office with all women because of the office politics. The most enjoyable part of the job was being able to use the resorts myself for a reduced price. The management was helpful and clear about their expectations of me. The management was also friendly.
Assistant Property Manager (Former Employee) – North Carolina – May 5, 2015
Like the job but no advancement in local area available. Co workers were good for the most part and while it was privately owned upper management was good. Hardest part was collections and the best part was the guests
