I can say that it has been a great time and I've had the privilege to work with some of the most genuine people over the years. VRI is great for getting started in the work force.
Pros
Flexible with life events, has an evolving company culture
Cons
Pay rate vs job duties, some positions being relocated out of state

Not a great place to work. There is almost no employee consideration, the direct bosses are good but there is only so much they can do when upper management puts the kibosh on things.

Good place to work, but very little support from managment.
Accounts Payable processor (Former Employee) –  Lake Forest, CAApril 5, 2017
Coworkers are great. Management demands high productivity, but are unwilling to authorize any overtime in the event of computer problems, slow mail or holidays.
Pros
Coworkers very supportive.
Cons
Very little support from managment.

Grew tremendously from this company where I was able to provide my communications, customer service and leadership qualities. Was able to multi-task and take on special projects from my management.

Accounts Payable Clerk (Former Employee) –  Laguna Hills, CADecember 8, 2015
Huge corporate, everything was very standard. They did a lot of micro managing. Co-workers were friendly for the most part. Hardest part was getting all the work load done in one day.

Reserving time shares for people to go on vacation
Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) –  Salt Lake City, UTAugust 27, 2015
I used a computer to make reservations for people to go on vacation. There were several resorts for people to choose from, so I had to know about accommodations for several locations. I learned how to send the reservations to the resorts by fax. I also learned how to use a multi-line phone system. I met with customers in the office to make them reservations and show them pictures of the resorts. The hardest part of the job was working in an office with all women because of the office politics. The most enjoyable part of the job was being able to use the resorts myself for a reduced price. The management was helpful and clear about their expectations of me. The management was also friendly.

Like the job but no advancement in local area available. Co workers were good for the most part and while it was privately owned upper management was good. Hardest part was collections and the best part was the guests
Pros
Family atmosphere
