Do not work for ESOC - company good otherwise
Project Manager (Current Employee) – Washington, DC – November 18, 2016
Their culture is the epitome of micromanagement. You have to clock in and out and you are a salaried employee on a fixed firm price contract. Its ridiculous. The company overall is a good. They have good benefits, to include 401k, tuition reimbursement, and training programs.
Good benefits, great 401K match, amazing holiday parties
Gov customer is awful. Epitome of micromanagement
