My interview was conducted by my initial supervisor. She asked if I was able to work independently in a variety of high stress locations. She also assigned someone to find me a clinical supervisor so I could get my hours for licensure. She told me about the population I was serving and was accurate in her description. She asked about typing skills and past experiences as a counselor and prefered modalities of practice.
