The clients are why we do it. To help underserved populations. But everything else Valley related is so draining eventually you become burned out with lack of support, lack of appreciation, lack of compensation, and high demand. When you voice concerns they are never addressed it always comes back to productivity. It is really devaluing.
I enjoy going to work everyday. I love the actual work and our patients. Newer management trying very hard and doing a fantastic job with the resources we have. True compassion towards the patients and a desire to see lasting positive changes in their lives. The Director of Clinical Services goes above and beyond every day to ensure best patient care practices.
I love my job, it's challenging, rewarding, and never the same 2 days in a row!
Not good. High burn out.
