Negative, stressful, lack of training, lack of support from upper management. Does not matter how well you are as a case manager, it is all about meeting number productivity in a 8 hour day, which is impossible. So regret leaving a job that I really loved. I jumped ship and the ship I jumped to was the Titanic and I sank! Most of the Upper Management have no clue in working with the mentally ill, substance abuse, or homelessness.

Productivity for clinicians is 28 hours a week but the population you work with tends to have high no shows so you are continually trying to work outside your hours to meet requirements and make up lost productivity. If you don't make productivity you don't get raises or their "special clinical training."
