My interview was conducted by my initial supervisor. She asked if I was able to work independently in a variety of high stress locations. She also assigned someone to find me a clinical supervisor so I could get my hours for licensure. She told me about the population I was serving and was accurate in her description. She asked about typing skills and past experiences as a counselor and prefered modalities of practice.

A friend of mine was working here and recommended I apply because of an opening coming available.

After your initial interview you will then do a panel interview. This includes all other potential hires, and 3 HR employees. You'll do team building exercises so they can see how you work in a group.
