Very negative culture. Most clinicians feel burned out and undervalued. It creates an environment of us against them. Clinicians support reach other but there is a lot of negative talk about the agency always and someone if always talking about leaving which is understood but then you also know your caseload will rise and feel more burned out with the constant turnover.
