Manager decides who she likes, and makes working there difficult for anyone she doesn't. Pay didn't make up for unpleasant working conditions. Far too many employees would try to undermine or backstab one another either to draw attention away from their own poor performance or to gain favor with a manager in some way.


Put money into the outpatient clinics at VCH instead of buying land everywhere and building nice clinics in other towns. Many clinics at VCH dont have enough exam rooms and furniture is old and falling apart. The medical office building is old and is not kid friendly looking.


Only go because I have bills to pay until I find something else


I would love to continue my employment there as a advance through the clinical ladder.
